Trenro - Returns Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Trenro. We try to accommodate all customers needs with hassle free returns and any issues pertaining to ordering of wrong product & defectives. Freight fees to return product will not be refunded.

All returns and RA authorizations are approved on a case by case basis. Unless otherwise noted at the time of sale, all product sold by Trenro is new, and is covered under warranty by the manufacturer. Trenro can provide manufacturer warranty contact info if requested to do so.
